SimpliMax is dual-layer amniotic membrane. It is an allogeneic matrix cellular and tissue-based skin substitute for wound healing. SimpliMax is intended to serve as a barrier and provide protective coverage from the surrounding environment when topically applied to chronic and acute wounds. SimpliMax is regulated as a human cell, tissue, or cellular or tissue-based product. SimpliMax is dehydrated, packaged in various sheet sizes and terminally sterilized by e-beam irradiation.
